Accurate
A radiologist's interpretation is independently cross-checked by AI and supported by a defined discrepancy-review process.

National radiology for personal injury
RadX provides MRI centers with national radiology coverage and a reporting model specifically built for personal injury. Every study receives a radiologist's primary interpretation, an independent AI image-analysis cross-check, PI-focused report development, finding-specific arrows, anatomical injury illustrations, and human quality assurance—with a target turnaround time of 48 hours.
One radiology relationship. One reporting standard. Nationwide capability.
The RadX difference
Traditional teleradiology ends when the radiologist signs the report. RadX goes further.
Our radiologists perform the primary diagnostic interpretation. RadX technology then independently analyzes the MRI images, cross-checks the physician's findings, routes potential discrepancies for review, strengthens the structure and clinical communication of the final report, identifies the most relevant images, places finding-specific arrows, and creates anatomical illustrations of documented injuries.
The result is a radiologist-signed report designed to be medically supportable, consistent, visual, and useful throughout the personal-injury case.
A radiologist's interpretation is independently cross-checked by AI and supported by a defined discrepancy-review process.
Every report follows the RadX PI Reporting Standard across radiologists, locations, and examination types.
Documented findings are supported by selected MRI images, precise arrows, and anatomical injury illustrations.
RadX manages the entire workflow toward a target 48-hour turnaround after receiving the complete study and required information.
How it works
The MRI center securely submits the imaging study, clinical history, and supporting information through the RadX ingestion workflow.
A qualified radiologist reviews the actual MRI images, performs the primary diagnostic interpretation, and prepares the medical findings and Impression.
RadX AI independently analyzes the MRI images and compares its observations with the radiologist's interpretation.
Potential omissions, inconsistencies, laterality issues, anatomical discrepancies, or findings requiring further attention are routed for radiologist review. AI does not silently change the physician's interpretation.
Validated findings are organized and developed using the RadX PI Reporting Standard, including medically supportable clinical and trauma correlation when appropriate.
RadX selects the correct series and slices, places finding-specific arrows or annotations, and creates anatomical illustrations based on the finalized medical findings.
The report is checked for medical consistency, completeness, terminology, formatting, image accuracy, annotations, illustrations, and compliance with the RadX reporting standard.
The completed radiology report is returned to the MRI center within a target 48-hour turnaround.
The radiologist makes the medical determination. AI provides an additional accuracy layer. The RadX system ensures the final report is complete, consistent, visual, and delivered on time.
Built around the radiologist
RadX is built around qualified radiologists—not around autonomous AI diagnosis. The radiologist performs the primary interpretation and maintains responsibility for the medical findings.
Technology supports the physician by managing study intake, workflow, image analysis, report cross-checking, discrepancy detection, visual documentation, quality assurance, and delivery.

The physician reviews the complete imaging study and produces the primary diagnostic interpretation.
The actual images are independently analyzed and compared with the radiologist's findings.
Potential discrepancies are returned for qualified clinical review before finalization.
The complete report, annotations, and illustrations are inspected before delivery.
Radiologists read. AI verifies. RadX delivers.
National clinical capability
RadX provides MRI centers with access to qualified U.S.-based radiologists and subspecialty reading capabilities through its national radiology infrastructure and contracted radiology partners.
The infrastructure behind the medicine
RadX has built an integrated technology and operations infrastructure around its radiologists. The platform manages study ingestion, work assignment, turnaround monitoring, AI image analysis, report cross-checking, discrepancy escalation, visual production, quality assurance, and final delivery.
Technology supports the radiologist. It does not replace the radiologist.
For MRI centers
MRI centers should not have to choose between clinical quality, turnaround time, reporting consistency, technology, or personal service. RadX combines all five within one national radiology relationship.
RadX helps MRI centers deliver a reporting product that is as advanced as the imaging technology used to produce the study.
RadX USA is a national radiology group built for MRI centers serving the personal-injury market. Our radiologists provide the primary medical interpretation, supported by proprietary technology, independent AI image analysis, physician-led discrepancy review, PI-focused reporting, annotated MRI images, anatomical injury illustrations, and human quality assurance.
Implementation and support
Every MRI-center partner receives implementation and operational support from RadX. Our team helps establish the ingestion workflow, reporting standards, communication pathways, escalation rules, turnaround expectations, and quality-control process.
